Saved me $1,300 in unnecessary repairs. I took my car to the dealership for standard maintenance and they informed me that my timing cover was leaking. I went to another local shop and asked them to check it out, after 5 minutes they “confirmed” it was leaking and told me it’d be a $1,300 repair. With their confirmation, I began calling around to see where the best pricing would be. I had gotten a couple quotes by the time I reached Parrish. Instead of starting me off with a quote, they took the time to give some advice, informing me that “oil leaks are some of the most misdiagnosed things in the industry.” He asked “who told you this and what did they do to diagnose?” After hearing that everyone did a visual analysis, he offered that I bring in my car, they put some dye in and give it a couple days before a real analysis. Sure enough, I brought it back in today after 4 days of driving and the dye is nowhere to be found aka there is no leak whatsoever. He didn’t need to do this for me, I was sure it was leaking and was ready to pay someone for this extensive repair. Instead of performing an unnecessary and costly repair, he encouraged me to take the time to diagnose it properly and

Just got my Honda Odyssey back from Parrish. It runs better than it did when it was purchased a decade ago. I can't say enough nice things about these guys. The prices were excellent and everything was done in a timely manner. There were no surprises when I went to pick my van up. 10 out of 10 recommend.

They were able to get me in super quick .. didn't charge for the diagnostic since I had my car repaired there. Super quick turnaround and overall reasonably priced. Awesome dogs too.. behind a gate in office for those trepidatious about them, but super sweet and excellent greeters. Car running better than it has in weeks.

I am a critic. In most scenarios, I am very pessimistic when it comes to trusting the work of any mechanic so with that being said, I hope this review enlightens you. I en-route driving from NYC to my home in South FL when my Lexus IS250 shut off in the middle of nowhere, South Carolina. Mind you, I had no idea where I was - and I needed a mechanic ASAP. Triple AAA towed me 150+ miles to Savannah, GA. Aka, Parrish Auto Repair. I will keep the story short and sweet. Tony, could have easily lied to me and told me that my vehicle needed a different kind of repair. Instead, I was astonished to hear that Tony simply wanted to replace a fuel pressure sensor. Not only that, he tried to cut back on cost by not purchasing other components that were not necessary in the repair of my vehicle. Little to his knowledge, I had a friend who worked at a Lexus dealer in South Fl. Who confirmed, that if Tony were to replace the same component via the dealership, it would easily be quadruple the price that he was quoting me. Tony, fixed my car in rapid time. The repair cost was beyond reasonable. The customer service was great. I would highly recommend this shop to any person that is coming acro
